Day 1: Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Rise early for breakfast and let the fun start. Embark on a 7hour drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have a stop over at the equator for pictures and another stop over at Igongo cultural center for Lunch. Igongo also hosts a cultural museum that can be optionally added to your itinerary. Spend the evening watching the sun go down beautifully as you sip on a beverage of your choice. You have the option of booking a sunset game drive. Have your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Full Day Adventure in Queen Elizabeth National Park
The fun starts after breakfast as you have whole day’s adventure of Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have both a game drive and boat cruise. You will tour the park’s various habitats. Elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and other animals are common sightings expected on this day. After lunch, you will enjoy a boat safari around the Kazinga Channel to see hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. In the evening, you return to your lodging for dinner and relaxation.
Day 3: Morning Game Drive and departure back to Kampala.
After breakfast, embark on a morning game drive into Queen Elizabeth National Park’s Ishasha section. Here you will record missing sightings such as tree-climbing lions, elephants, birds, and more. Visit the Mweya Peninsula to get panoramic views of the park. But even good things come to an end!
